A walk down memory lane
We really loved the location downtown! Brought back so many memories from my childhood, especially since I grew up just across the street. The staff was super friendly, and the pool looked like fun. One thing though, the bathroom needed some serious updates, kinda old and rusty.

The location is perfect, right in downtown and close to all the attractions. I loved the stunning architecture. the lobby is beautiful and inviting. The rooftop terrace is a great spot to enjoy a drink, especially with the views in the evening. However, I had a few issues during my stay. The room I was in felt outdated, with high windows that blocked out any views, making it feel a bit claustrophobic. Cleanliness could definitely be improved too. there was noticeable dust on the window frames. I also noticed that housekeeping did not replenish toiletries. Additionally, the pool area lacked privacy, making it a bit uncomfortable to relax there. Despite these drawbacks, the service at the restaurant downstairs was quite good, especially during brunch. I had a decent breakfast, but the options were limited after the weekend. Overall, the beauty of the hotel made it a worthwhile stay, but a few adjustments in service and cleanliness would enhance the experience.

The historical charm hits you right when you step through the elegant lobby. The Dome Bar stands out with an impressive design, and those rooftop views? Absolutely perfect for winding down after a long day.
The room decor feels outdated, with a 20-inch tube TV that should've been retired ages ago. I faced issues with bathroom plumbing – the toilet couldn't flush twice, and the sink dripped incessantly. Additionally, inconsistent cleaning left me questioning if someone ever set foot in the room after I checked in.
